Exchanges

Product exchanges are allowed only for manufacturing defects. We do not experience many faults but if you believe you have a faulty product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.

Items must be returned to us in original, saleable condition - with all hangers, labels and wrappings in their original condition. We do not accept items that have been worn or washed. Items will be exchanged subject to satisfactory inspection.

If the goods are deemed to be faulty, we shall issue a replacement and cover all return postage costs.
